Madden Curse

Okay this thing is getting a little creepy. It didn't take long for the Madden Curse to take claim of Troy Polamalu who went down in the opener with a knee sprain. If I'm Larry Fitzgerald, I'm getting nervous.

The only person it didn't affect, was Ray Lewis I think. The year he was on the cover, he had his best year professionally.

And also, Troy Polamalu may be one of the best secondary defensemen I've ever seen play the game. He's a fucking animal.

He is without a doubt my favorite secondary. It will be interesting to see how that powerhouse of a defence looks with Polamalu out for an extended amount of time.

apparently he's only out for about 3-6 weeks, not as bad as they first expected.
