Can someone explain to me this whole league structure thing? I noticed that the EA Jets lost 5-0 to the NHL Regulators. The Regulators I think are top 5 in the Pro League and have the 2nd and 3rd ranked scorers on their team. We are currently in the casual league. Does this make sense? What is the whole idea behind the two? Any ideas?

i dont think it will make a difference untill the teams who are super obsessed about medals and trophies and such have gotten their "win eashl championship in casual league" throphy then maybe they'll go to pro just for the sake of being in a "pro" league

I'm leaning towards switching back to Pro for the November season. Any thoughts on this?

I'm easy. What has you leaning towards the Pro league?

if we can compete and play smart, sure.

I am fine with staying the casual league, but you play the same teams regardless of what league you set your team at, the difference is that the team earns more points for a win if we are in the pro league. I believe you lose more points for a loss in the casual league. I can't confirm this.

I'm maybe leaning towards staying in the casual league another month and seeing if we can really be a force in the top 100 for the month. I think that would be a great goal for our team.

To be honest I enjoy playing againsted the top ranked teams - I believe that it actaully raises our level of play. If anything it may help us improve our game and teach us to play smater as a unit. Im all for it!

regardless if we are in the casual league or not we will still be able to play against top end teams in the pro league. I am not sure why it's setup that way, but that is the case. The issue at hand is the ranking points. I believe pro teams are rewarded with greater pts for a win, and less deducted for a loss.

But since there are many teams even in the casual league with more games played then what we have been getting, I think we should stay in the casual league for now.
