Just have to say that optical's Defense is sick!! Played an insane game last night with Cody, Labone and Optical - we were down late, tied it up and won in OT. I played RW, but took over for D when Op went in the box - MAN do I respect that position - I looked like a turnstile on oppening night at the Pengrowth Saddledome!! Actually everyone played a great Team game, Op was holding the puck in the zone (not to mention the last time that led to the game winner) and Cody was finding the back of the net with a couple of sweet set ups from Labone and myself. It was such a great feeling to play with a group of guys that played thier position - that is such a key to this game, by the end of the game I knew where eveyone would be and it seemed like we had the puck on a string with each other!! Op had the freedom to jump in knowing that Labone or myself would cover, cody could play his game and drive to the net - oh BTW, great face off percentage there. Fun time!! Thanks guys.
