How pissed are you Flames fans
Phaneuf, sjostrom or wtv and some prospect to Toronto for Hagman, Stajan and Mayers. I thought it was a joke but its not Flames also get ian white who i think is the leafs only + Defenseman but still no more Phaneuf

I'm not pissed at all that he was traded. He's been one of the biggest defensive liabilities in Calgary over the past year and a half. What disappoints me is the return. The prospect that was sent in the deal is a monster dman, Keith Auile, who skates very well. With that package is Stajan, Hagman, Mayers, and White the best Sutter could get? Furthermore, the Flames have too many forwards.
Iginla Jokinen Moss Bourque Langkow Dawes Conroy Nystrom Glencross Prust McGrattan Stajan Mayers Hagman Boyd is 15 forwards then throw in Lundmark and Backlund..... geez. I have a feeling there is another deal that will be coming, that could see a ton of roster players being involved.

Sutter has 17 forwards (13 wingers). I have a feeling he is up to something.

Well the past couple games, the Flames have been playing pretty good. I don't know if there's been another point in the season where Brent Sutter was able to roll all four lines and they were all be effective and working hard. The lines have been as follows for the past few, and I see no reason to change them up going into tomorrow night vs TB.
Hagman Stajan Iginla Kotalik Langkow Higgins Glencross Backlund Bourque Nystrom Boyd Mayers
